1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YesNoMaybe ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use YesNoMaybe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Profile Metrics & Trust Scoring

YesNoMaybe calculates Profile Metrics (Trust Level, Reliability Score, Transparency Level, Profile Stability, Data Completeness) based on your profile information stability and completeness.

• Trust Level starts at 100% and decreases with frequent changes to identity and geographic information within certain timeframes.
• Reliability Score measures consistency across all profile updates.
• Transparency Level increases as you complete lifestyle preference fields.
• Higher metrics unlock better platform benefits (lower withdrawal fees, higher limits).
• We reserve the right to adjust metric calculation formulas at any time.

4. Engagement Points & Tiers

Engagement Points reward active platform participation. Points are earned through:

• Round participation (10 points per round)
• Result view purchases (20 points)
• Analytics report purchases (25 points)
• Sponsored poll creation (70 points)
• Leaderboard rankings (Top 10: 100 points, Top 100: 50 points)
• Social media shares (5-10 points per share, max 10 per day)
• Account age milestone (10 points at 30 days)

Engagement Tiers determine: Withdrawal fees (25% down to 5%), daily withdrawal limits (₮50 to ₮1000), and cooldown periods.

5. Social Sharing Rewards

Users may earn Engagement Points by sharing polls on social media platforms. By participating:

• You grant us permission to track the platform, round, and timestamp of your share.
• Points are awarded once per share, subject to cooldown (24 hours for same round).
• Maximum 10 shares earn points per day.
• Abusive sharing (bot activity, fake shares) will result in point forfeiture and account suspension.

6. AI Assistant Usage

The AI Assistant is provided as a convenience feature. By using it, you agree:

• Conversations may be logged for quality improvement and training purposes.
• The AI Assistant may make mistakes — always verify critical information.
• You may provide feedback on responses to help improve the system.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI Assistant responses.
• Abusive language or attempts to manipulate the AI will result in account suspension.

7. Account Suspension, Termination & Penalties

YesNoMaybe reserves the absolute right to reverse, withhold, freeze, penalize, suspend, and remove users and their earnings for stated or unstated causes indefinitely.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Attempts to manipulate votes, create multiple accounts, or use bots/automated scripts.
• Attempts to artificially inflate Engagement Points or Social Share rewards.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior of any kind.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (as defined in our fair usage policy).

8. KYC & Demographic Data Collection

To participate in rounds and earn royalties, you must complete your KYC demographic profile. Your KYC data is never shared in identifiable form with third parties. Completing your full KYC profile unlocks the 1,000 Koin signup bonus and maximizes your royalty earnings.

9. Voting Rules & Round Mechanics

Each user may vote once per question per round. Votes are final, irreversible, and cannot be changed after submission. Anti-cheat measures include tab switch detection, response time monitoring, device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and automated fraud scoring.

10. Koin Economy & Virtual Currency

1 USDT = 1,000 Koins (conversion rate subject to change without notice). Koins cannot be withdrawn or converted to USDT directly — only USDT winnings from rounds can be withdrawn.

11. USDT Withdrawals & Payouts

Minimum withdrawal: 10 USDT. Withdrawal fee: Based on your Engagement Tier (25% down to 5%). Processing time: Up to 7 business days. TRC20 only: We only support TRC20 USDT addresses.

12. Royalties for Anonymized Data Usage

By participating in rounds and completing your KYC profile, you grant YesNoMaybe a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use your anonymized voting responses and demographic data for commercial purposes. In exchange, you receive 10 Koins per day for 12 months for each completed round you participate in.

13. Sponsored Polls & Creator Terms

Users may create sponsored polls by paying a tier-based creation fee. Revenue share ranges from 15% to 40% based on tier. All sponsored polls require admin approval (24-48 hours).

14. Referral Program

Refer friends to earn 200 Koins per verified referral. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referral fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and account suspension.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YesNoMaybe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.

Statute of Limitations: Any claim against YesNoMaybe must be filed within one (1) year of the claim arising, or be permanently barred.

17. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
