YesNoMaybe ("we", "our", "us", "the Platform") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including new features such as Profile Metrics, AI Assistant, Engagement Scoring, and Social Sharing.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal and demographic information:

• Account Information: Username, email address, phone number, password hash, referral codes.
• KYC/Demographic Data: Gender, age range, marital status, country, state/province, city, suburb, residence area, employment status, industry, education level, income range, social class, home ownership, car ownership, number of children, household size, smartphone type, preferred bank, fintech apps, internet usage, favorite color, pet ownership, favorite food, favorite sport, risk preference, decision style, political interest, religion, music genre, social media, shopping behavior, online payment frequency, prediction confidence, physical disabilities, how you heard about us, and agreement to privacy/terms.
• Profile Metrics: Trust Level, Reliability Score, Transparency Level, Profile Stability Days, Data Completeness Percent, Identity Stability, Socio-Economic Consistency, Lifestyle Transparency, Digital Responsibility, Geographic Stability, and total update counts.
• Engagement Data: Engagement Score, Engagement Tier, points earned from round participation, result views, analytics purchases, sponsored poll creation, leaderboard rankings, account age, and social shares.
• Social Sharing Data: Platform used (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), round shared, share timestamp, IP address for anti-abuse purposes.
• AI Assistant Interactions: Conversation history, questions asked, responses provided, intent detection, confidence scores, feedback provided on responses, and usage patterns to improve the AI.
• Voting Responses: Your answers to poll questions (Yes/No/Maybe or multi-choice).
• Transaction Data: Koin balances, deposits, referral bonuses, royalty payouts, withdrawals, round entries, and winnings.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and GPS location (if provided).
• Session Data: Tab switch counts, response times, and security monitoring data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Calculate your Profile Metrics (Trust Level, Reliability, Transparency) to enhance platform security and user experience.
• Track Engagement Points and assign Engagement Tiers to determine withdrawal fees and limits.
• Operate the AI Assistant to answer your questions, provide personalized recommendations, and improve over time through feedback.
• Process your votes, calculate round results, and distribute winnings.
• Communicate with you about rounds, results, and platform updates.
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud, bot activity, and multiple accounts.
• Monitor account activity to encourage fair participation and maintain platform integrity.
• Calculate and distribute poll royalties based on your anonymized data usage.

4. Profile Metrics Calculation & Usage

Your Profile Metrics are calculated using anonymized analysis of your profile stability and completeness:

• Trust Level: Measures identity and geographic stability. Higher trust = lower withdrawal fees and higher limits.
• Reliability Score: Measures consistency of information over time.
• Transparency Level: Measures willingness to share lifestyle preferences.
• Profile Stability: Days since your last profile change.
• Data Completeness: Percentage of available KYC fields completed.

These metrics are used internally for fraud prevention, withdrawal limit determination, and platform personalization. They are never shared with third parties in identifiable form.

5. Engagement Tracking & Tier Benefits

Your Engagement Score is calculated based on platform activities including round participation, result views, analytics purchases, sponsored poll creation, leaderboard rankings, account age, and social shares.

Benefits of higher Engagement Tiers include:

• Reduced withdrawal fees (as low as 5% for Diamond tier)
• Higher daily withdrawal limits (up to ₮1000 for Diamond tier)
• Shorter cooldown periods between withdrawals (as low as 48 hours)
• Priority support access

6. AI Assistant Data Usage

When you interact with our AI Assistant:

• Conversation history is stored to provide context for follow-up questions.
• Intent data is analyzed to improve response accuracy over time.
• Feedback you provide (helpful/not helpful) is used to train and improve the AI.
• No personally identifiable information is shared with third-party AI providers.
• You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time.

7. Social Sharing Tracking

When you share polls on social media:

• We track the platform used, round shared, and timestamp to award Engagement Points.
• IP addresses are logged to prevent abuse of the sharing reward system.
• No content of your social media posts is collected or stored.
• You may earn up to 10 share points per day.

8. Sharing Anonymized Data & Royalties

We sell and share poll results to third parties (e.g., market research firms, academic institutions, media outlets, businesses, and government agencies).

• All personal identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address) are permanently removed or redacted before sharing.
• You receive regular royalty payments for the use of your anonymized voting data.
• Royalties of 10 Koins per day are credited to your Koin wallet for up to 12 months per completed round.
• You can opt out of data sharing at any time by contacting yesnomaybe@ai.webforapp.com.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

• Active accounts: All data retained for platform operation
• Suspended accounts: Data retained for up to 90 days pending investigation
• Deleted accounts: Personal identifiers removed within 30 days
• Conversation history: Retained for 90 days for AI training purposes
• Aggregated, anonymized data: May be retained indefinitely

10. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / NDPR)

Depending on your location (including under Nigeria's NDPR), you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Restrict or object to processing of your data.
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Opt out of sale of your data (though we only sell anonymized data).
• Request deletion of AI Assistant conversation history.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.
